Unless you have other local accommodations, riders and volunteers will want to book a room in Arlington on Friday night, and a room in Frederick on Saturday night.

Friday, May 15
The host hotel for Face of America 2026 is the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport, located at 2799 Richmond Highway, Arlington, VA 22202.
- The special event rate is $180 per night with Group Code: G-DJVU.
The FOA room rate is also available for Thursday and Sunday nights if you’d like to extend your stay before or after the event.

The Hyatt Regency offers a complimentary shuttle to and from Reagan National Airport (DCA) every 20 minutes, operating from 4:20 AM to 12:40 AM daily.
Terminal 1 Pickup: Outside the main doors. Follow signs for Hotel Shuttle Pickup.
Terminal 2 Pickup: Outside Doors 4 and 7 on the baggage claim level. Follow signs for Hotel Shuttle Pickup.

Hyatt Regency Valet: Valet parking is available exclusively at the Hyatt Regency. Face of America guests receive a discounted rate of $35 per day.
PMI Garage – 2600 Crystal Drive: Located directly behind the Hyatt, this garage offers rates of $26 per 24 hours and $15 per day on weekends.
Renaissance Hotel (via SpotHero): Offers up to 4 days of parking for a flat rate of $44. Reserve in advance through SpotHero.
2800 Crystal Drive Garage: Ideal for weekend parking at just $6 per day, but please note: the garage closes from 6 PM Friday to 6 AM Monday.
Saturday, May 16
Multiple hotel options are available in the same area of Frederick for Saturday night. Shuttle service will be provided from the ride finish at the Frederick Fairgrounds to each hotel on Saturday afternoon, and will return participants to the Fairgrounds on Sunday morning for the ride start.

Buses returning riders to Arlington after the ride concludes in Gettysburg are expected to arrive at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City between 5:00 and 6:00 PM on Sunday evening.
If you are flying out of Reagan National Airport (DCA) on Sunday, we strongly recommend booking a flight that departs after 8:00 PM to allow sufficient time for travel and airport security.
Riders who prefer to stay in Gettysburg on Sunday night are encouraged to book accommodations at the Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel & Conference Center.
