Hyatt Airport and Metro Shuttles
The complimentary shuttle, with wheelchair access, to and from Reagan National Airport runs every 20 minutes from 4:40 a.m. to midnight. The shuttle picks up at A Terminal at the marked Hotel Shuttle stop, and at B & C Terminal Arrivals, lower level. There is also a courtesy Hyatt Metro Shuttle from the Crystal City Metro Station every 30 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 a.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday.
Friday Gettysburg Bus
Want to have your vehicle waiting for you at the finish line on Sunday? No problem, we have a bus departing Gettysburg on Friday, April 19 from the finish line to the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington with a truck to transport bikes. This bus will depart Gettysburg at 11:00 a.m. Friday from the World War II American Experience museum and arrive at the hotel by mid-afternoon, so we recommend being at the museum by 10:30 am.

Saturday Finish Line
3:00-7:00 p.m.
On Saturday afternoon, we offer free shuttle service looping from the finish line at the Frederick Fairgrounds to many of the nearby lodging properties and back starting at 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Sunday Morning Frederick Start Line Shuttles
5:00-6:30 a.m.
Shuttles will stage starting at 5:00 a.m. and will transport athletes to the ride start at the fairgrounds until 6:30 a.m.

Sunday Gettysburg Return to Arlington Bus
3:00 p.m.
Face of America participants who need a ride back to Arlington should reserve free return bus tickets to the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington. These tickets can be ordered at the time of registration. Space on these buses are limited to registered participants and volunteers.
Buses are scheduled to depart from the ride finish in Gettysburg at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 21. Depending on traffic, buses will arrive at the host Hyatt Regency Hotel in Arlington between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. Do not schedule outgoing airline departures for Sunday evening earlier than 8 p.m. if you are taking the bus.
Be sure you are getting onto the correct bus and loading your overnight bag onto that bus since there are also buses for teams going to other destinations. Bikes will be transported on trucks to Arlington – these vehicles leave earlier than the buses. Make sure you are loading your bicycle or hand cycle into the correct truck.
