Friday, January 30

10:00 AM-1:00 PM | Optional Ride with McDowell Mountain Cycles

Join us for an optional, casual ride hosted by McDowell Mountain Cycles. We’ll gather at the bike shop in Fountain Hills before rolling out together, and enjoy lunch at the shop following the ride.

1:00-3:00 PM | Rider Packet Pick-up

All athletes and volunteers must personally check-in and pick up their packets. You may not have a friend or colleague pick up your packets owing to our paper liability waiver to be signed on site. If you are unable to check-in during the Friday period, our Saturday check-in between 7:30-8:30 AM is available.

5:45 PM | Shuttle leaves from hotel to the Evening Reception at the Musical Instrument Museum

6:00 PM | Ride check-in and packet pick-up opens at the Musical Instrument Museum

6:00-8:00 PM | Evening Reception at the Musical Instrument Museum

  • Entry included for all registered participants
  • Beverages and light refreshment will be provided

7:30 PM | Shuttle leaves the museum for the host hotel

Saturday, January 31

7:15 AM | Shuttles leave host hotel for Pitch restaurant

7:30-8:30 AM | Ride check-in, packet pick-up at Pitch

  • Coffee and breakfast will be served

8:30 AM | Ride departs from Osaic HQ

1:30 PM | Estimated ride finish in Cave Creek

1:30-3:00 PM | Post-ride celebration at Harold’s Corral in Cave Creek

  • Beverages and lunch will be served

3:00 PM | Shuttle heads back to Pitch and Host Hotel

6:00 PM | World TEAM will provide dinner at the host hotel’s restaurant unless athletes want to make their own arrangements elsewhere.
