  • 12:00-2:00 pm | Ride check-in and packet pick-up at Fountain Park Hotel

  • 4:30 pm | Shuttle leaves from hotel to Taliesin West
  • 5:00 pm | Ride check-in and packet pick-up opens
  • 5:00 – 7:00 pm | Sunset Reception at Taliesin West
  • 7:15 pm | Shuttle leaves Taliesin for hotel

Saturday, February 1

  • 7:00 am | Shuttle leaves Fountain Park Hotel

  • 7:30 – 8:30 am | Ride check-in, packet pick-up, and breakfast at Pitch Pizzeria

  • 8:30 am | Ride departs 

  • 1:00 pm | Estimated Ride Finish

  • 1:00 – 3:00 pm | Post-ride celebration at Pitch Pizzeria
